It’s time to “Make Orange Green!”
The University of Tennessee’s Department of Conferences is supporting environmental stewardship efforts on the Knoxville campus with the formation of a new Green Team.
The Green Team is looking for ways to minimize the impact of meetings and conferences it hosts on campus and at the UT Conference Center.
Green Team members include Heather McNeal, Barry Neal, Bernadette Donohue, and John Humphrey.
The team’s first large “green” activity is coming soon — May 21-24 during Destination ImagiNation’s Global Finals competition.
Check back for more posts about our recycling efforts during this large event, which will bring more than 16,000 participants and supporters to the UT campus.
